Our beef comes from many sources because of our volume, but we demand from our suppliers, only hormone-free, antibiotic-free, non- GMO, humane animals. One of our favorite meat producers is Meyer Natural Angus (www.meyernaturalangus.com), for example.
Our produce varies from 100’s of farms, but we also demand from our suppliers that all produce is: sourced within 200 miles / small, organic, non-GMO farms / sustainable practices
We source largely from farms in Orange County & we can generally provide you with the names of all of the farms we purchased our produce from that week. On a Friday night, it may be hard, but we will do our best! On some items, this is impossible, but it is always our goal and tireless focus.
